The Guide Book on Obamacare for Dummies explains:
As now required by law under the Affordable Care Act aka ACA or Obamacare:
- First, people already having health insurance must become uninsured to be eligible under Obamacare.
- Then, as all other un-insured, the newly un-insured are required to be re-insured under Obamacare.
- To be re-insured, the newly un-insured must pay some extra charges as required by Obamacare.
- Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare means affordable and free universal healthcare to everybody.
- Federal and state authorities concerned will do just that for everybody, whether you like it or not.
- If you don't like and reject this ACA, you must pay some kind of "tax" thanks to the US Supreme Court.
Now, did you get all that, dummy? No go? Did you try to get on the deranged website, stupid? Like millions of other dummies, after many weeks of sweat, you have submitted the application forms and you are still stupid without any health insurance?
Well, don't blame the website, don't blame the Department of HHS, don't blame the insurance marketplace, don't blame the health insurance companies, don't blame the doctors, nurses and the hospitals, don't blame the IRS, don't blame Congress, the GOP, the Tea Party, coal, fuels, fumes, tobacco, pot, alcohols or anything else under the sun, including climate change problems very harmful to people's health. Affordable Care Act will take care of the people, for the people but not by the people or the people's way but the Barrack Obama way!

"PEOPLE DESERVE THE GOVERNMENT THEY HAVE"
