In her Opening Statement, Judge Jeanine Pirro went after First Lady Michelle Obama for her recent assertion that the U.S. is less hopeful than it was eight years ago.
In a sit-down with Oprah Winfrey, Mrs. Obama said she believes her husband will leave behind a legacy of hope, but that after President-elect Donald Trump's victory, "we're feeling what not having hope feels like."
Judge Pirro took issue, questioning why Mrs. Obama feels this way.
